FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MUCH ROOM DO I NEED?

The size you will need for your NFS system depends largely on the visual display option you choose.  As a general rule, you should allow 7' wide x 8' long for a 3 screen cockpit setup.  A single screen Desktop or Console system can be placed in as little as 56" x 60".

HOW DIFFICULT IS THE SYSTEM TO SETUP?

Our systems do not require any special skill other than basic assembly techniques.  In most cases, a system can easily be assembled in an afternoon.  Once the system is setup, your purchase includes a remote concierge onboarding session with our world-class technical support.  During this session we will do the final setup including

   - Multiple scenery display configuration

   - Verify everything is connected properly

   - Teach you how to use the system to allow immediate use

DO YOU OFFER ON SITE SETUP SERVICE?

We are happy to offer onsite setup service within the continental United States.  For deliveries East of the Mississippi, we typically fly the company SR22 to your home airport!  An additional charge will apply depending on setup location.
