Has the cirrus perspective plus software been tested with the latest huge release of MSFS2020? The software does not appear to be working now with the cirrus aircraft in the latest version. Ive tried to engage the autopilot and it just does not work for FLC or even just Nav or heading mode. Can you guys verify it works on your end? Thanks, Patrick

I just recently started having issues with ALT SEL. The only difference was that I downloaded the Garmin NXI update. What would happen is that I would set the altitude to say 5500 and start climbing to it with the autopilot. I would change the heading select to a new heading say 110 and then the altitude would jump up to 99000. Any time I would click or turn the heading select, it would change my altitude back up to 99000. I uninstalled the addon for the Garmin NXI and everything is back to normal. I just wanted other MSFS users to know not to download and install this free update as it will interfere with the NFS software.

I am loving the software. I was able to do some manual holds and use the software to do some RNAV procedures. The only thing that I see that is missing right now is hold at waypoint. Some of the procedures I do require a hold at the waypoint and the cirrus perspective plus is capable of flying that and doing it. That would be one solid feature to add. I know it can be some work as you need to be able to program in the holds with time or nm as well as direction, etc. Also you would need entry's direct, parallel, or tear drop. Is there any plans of adding this into the software?

I updated the NFS Cirrus software to the latest version and it almost looks like it has speeds on the speed tape with bugs set to a cessna 172. The rotate is around 60 and flaps white arc is wrong. Yellow arc starts way too soon and VNE is very low as well. Can you check on the software and make sure the perspective plus software has the correct speeds assigned to it? Also I notice the software says this is for an SR20 which is fine since that is what I currently fly, however the plane in MSFS is a SR22. Is there a way in the software to select which plane you would like to configure the software for? I am hopeful that 3rd party developers will come out with both a SR20 and SR22 soon. The default SR22 in MSFS works, but it could be much better like the one for X-plane. Any help on this would be great. I can roll the update back. I need to verify the V-speeds on it as well. If I recall they were closer to the real plane. From the POH: 11934-003.book (genesis-aero.com) White Arc 61 - 104 Full Flap Operating Range. Lower limit is the most adverse stall speed in the landing configuration. Upper limit is the maximum speed permissible with flaps extended. Green Arc 69 - 163 Normal Operating Range. Lower limit is the maximum weight stall at most forward C.G. with flaps retracted. Upper limit is the maximum structural cruising speed. Yellow Arc 163 - 200 Caution Range. Operations must be conducted with caution and only in smooth air. Red Line 200 Never exceed speed. Maximum speed for all operations.

For some reason after some time in sim or if I pull up the FMS menu system at any point in flight, most of the functionality on the hardware stops working. I can still tune a com frequency with the dial, but not transfer it in to the comm and also cannot switch between com one and two with pushing in the com dial. Also on the FMS most functionality stops working. I cant pull up the flight plan with the FPL , Autopilot, all the main functionality stops working. However if I go to the GCU G6 software running on the computer and use my mouse on the software version of the hardware, then things happen as they should on my PFD and MFD. I can pull up the flight plan that way, etc... Is this a hardware problem or is it some kind of crash that could be happening between the driver of the hardware buttons and the PFD/MFD? I did notice that the NAV/HDG buttons do not feel right and click down as they other buttons do. This has been that way since I got it and not sure if that could be the issue. Maybe its just a bad FMS? Any help would be greatly appreciated. If we could swap out just the FMS maybe that would fix my issue? Thanks, Patrick
